Brady, 47, spent three days in the French capital with his 11-year-old daughter, attending various Olympic events, including diving, volleyball, beach volleyball, equestrian, tennis, and gymnastics.

One highlight of the trip was meeting Team USA gymnast Suni Lee, a moment captured in one of the photos shared by Brady.

In his Instagram post, Brady reflected on the significance of the trip, particularly the opportunity to witness the record number of female Olympians competing at this year’s Games.

“I didn’t quite know what to expect going into @Paris2024, but our three days truly went above and beyond what I could ever have imagined,” Brady wrote.

“We saw athletes from many sports and many countries, but it was especially meaningful to be able to come to this incredible city with my daughter and watch the most powerful women I’ve ever seen, fight for gold, silver, and bronze.”

Brady, a seven-time Super Bowl champion, also expressed his pride in the historic 50:50 split of female and male athletes at the Olympics, a statistic he was eager to share with his daughter.

“For the first time in Olympic history there was a 50:50 split of female and male athletes, a stat I was proud to tell Vivi as she watched these heroes compete.”

The photo carousel posted by Brady included snapshots of the father-daughter duo in front of the Eiffel Tower, attending various sporting events, and his own stunned reaction to witnessing Simone Biles’ gymnastics performance.

Brady praised the athletes for their dedication and hard work, saying, “Sports are truly unique all over the world with how they bring so many people together, and bring out the best in all of us, both competitors and fans. I certainly seemed to be living and dying with each of the performances, with a great appreciation for the hard work, commitment, and dedication it takes to compete at this level

.”Brady concluded his post with words of inspiration, encouraging others to push beyond their comfort zones: “I’ve said it a few times lately, but we should all aspire to do HARD things. Whether it’s in sports or in life, push yourself beyond your comfort zone to see what you can really accomplish. Just like these athletes all across the world have done! Congratulations to the champions, the competitors, and the entire city of Paris on a once in a lifetime event with countless memories and enduring relationships.”

In addition to attending Olympic events, Brady and Vivian also made an appearance at USA Basketball’s 50th anniversary party, where they mingled with NBA legend LeBron James and his wife Savannah.
